Bill Clinton and the great economic expansion

The main accomplishments made by Bill Clinton are that there was great economic expansion during his time, more than 22 million jobs were generated, there was the highest rate of home ownership as well. Apart from this, unemployment was reduced and the education standards were raised to new levels. Critics of Clinton argue that his administration was incompetent, he did not do any substantial in ending the crisis in Kosovo and his financial regulatory policies also have been questioned.
