Stand up to help us fight for our rights
They would be
requiring an important legislative if one is really concerned with shielding individual
liberty. Who would struggle for us stand
up to help us fight for our rights in a situation where that branch of
legislature is divided into two abodes and is preferred by the people themselves.
The governmental branch also has the
large amount power and responsible for the related matters. They can reject and
overrule the decision-making and judiciary branches. That is why they are all
in all and ultimate decision makers. It appears to me that people really wouldn't have faith in
the judicial or the administrative branches to sustain our freedom for the
reason that they were placed to do further other things. The court is controlled
by the Apex Court and has no concern in our freedom. Their function is of the uppermost
court and the panel of judges are chosen by the president and accepted by governing
body. The decision-making branch is controlled by the president office that sanctions
and considers laws enacted by the lawmaking body. So as we can conclude that
the legislative is best to come up for our liberties.
I assume one of the largest troubles was trying to shape out how to make a government powerful enough to safeguard regulation, but not so tough that it would menace freedom. Making efforts to shape out the true provisions in power so as to create a balance in the government should be the step to be taken out. That was considered with the Virginia Plan which was a map to form a strong state union structured into three lawmaking branches. Its main features were a state legislature would have highest powers on all issues on which the different states were capable to perform, as well as the authority to veto all state laws, at least, one house of legislative should be nominated directly by the citizens.
